De final release voor V18 Update 2 kan vanaf nu worden gedownload, of u kunt upgraden naar deze versie via de beheerconsole.

De algemene zoekbalk is terug​

Met de release van Update 2 kunt u ook weer gebruikmaken van de algemene zoekfunctie om te zoeken naar contactpersonen in uw bedrijfsdatabase, CRM, MS 365 en eigen adresboek....

Hi, we still have many customers on v16 which are working with the webclient and Chrome extension. Now we get several calls that the chrome extension doesn't work anymore and agents can't make and receive their calls.
The webclient is asking to install the 3CX browser extension, but they get the Click2call extension which is only supported bij v18
We would like some assistence so this can be fixed asap!
