Not being able to transfer calls

We having issues with not being able to transfer calls to a Dutch mobile number +316
When we want to make a forwarding during the call, we receive the following message:
"failed make call"

After the notification, the call is ended.

Our telephone provider dived into this and came up with the following answer:

The issue apparently has to do that within the SIP SDP RFC it is allowed to make a so-called early offer (in the INVITE) or late offer (in the SIP ACK).
This last method is not support on our platform. The SDP is now sent in the ACK and not in the INVITE. Which causes the calls to fail.

Is there a way to solve this within the 3CX PBX?

3CX version -> 18.0 Update 2 (Build 314)
